alho picados<br \/>\nAzeitonas verdes picadas<br \/>\nCheiro verde picado<br \/>\nSal<br \/>\nPimenta do Reino<br \/>\n1 pitada de canela<br \/>\n1 pitada de noz moscada<br \/>\n1 col (sopa) de Resista mexer a carne assim n\u00e3o junta tanta \u00e1gua, deixe dourar de um lado e s\u00f3 depois comece a mexer.
