Prepare os ingredientes e use uma panela grande e fogo m\u00e9dio para alto. Adicione o leite de c\u00f4co e a c\u00farcuma e deixe levantar fervura, mantenha cozinhando at\u00e9 que os l\u00edquidos comecem a reduzir, cerca de 10-15 minutos. Adicione o espinafre e misture bem, assim que estiver cremoso acerte o sal\/tempero e sirva com arroz se preferir. Aqui fiz arroz jasmine com uma estrela de aniz, fica perfumado. Usei 1 x\u00edc(ch\u00e1) de arroz para 2 de \u00e1gua. Lavei o arroz e levei ao fogo com \u00e1gua fria mesmo por 12 minutos, desliguei e tampei e deixei tampado por cerca de 15 minutos antes de servir.
