Nesta receita estou fazendo parte no fogo e finalizo no forno, ent\u00e3o se quiser fazer usando somente o fog\u00e3o, recomendo usar uma panela de fundo grosso e cozinhar em fogo baixo por 2-3 horas, por isso se usa bastante \u00e1gua. Nunca testei na panela de press\u00e3o pois n\u00e3o uso.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<h3>Ingredientes<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>500g carne para ensopado (stewing beef \/ cox\u00e3o mole no Brasil?)<\/li>\n<li>1 cebola grande em cubos<\/li>\n<li>3 cenouras em rodelas ou meia lua<\/li>\n<li>2 dentes de alho picados<\/li>\n<li>1 talo de sals\u00e3o picado em cubos<\/li>\n<li>100g cogumelos cortados no mesmo tamanho das cenouras<\/li>\n<li>1 col (sopa) de pur\u00ea de tomate<\/li>\n<li>Tomilho em ramo ou ervas da sua escolha como louro em folha tamb\u00e9m funciona<\/li>\n<li>Azeite de oliva ou \u00f3leo de sua escolha<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 ta\u00e7a de vinto tinto seco<\/li>\n<li>2L de caldo de carne, j\u00e1 quente (voc\u00ea pode usar o caldo de cubinho da sua escolha + 2L de \u00e1gua)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Preparo<\/h2>\n<p>1. Besunte com azeite os peda\u00e7os de carne j\u00e1 em cubos de 2x2cm aproximadamente<\/p>\n<p>2. Leve ao forno baixo (150C graus) por 2 horas e ap\u00f3s este tempo, veja se os l\u00edquidos evaporaram suficiente para que a carne esteja macia e suculenta<\/p>\n<p>8.
