Deixe o ossobuco fora da geladeira por pelo menos 20 minutos antes de come\u00e7ar o preparo, separe tamb\u00e9m uma panela de fundo grosso ou panela de press\u00e3o<\/p>\n<p>2. Para cozimento em panela de press\u00e3o, aguarde pegar press\u00e3o e cozinhe por 40 minutos em fogo m\u00e9dio<\/p>\n<p>7. Para cozimento em panela convencional, mantenha a panela semi aberta e veja se \u00e9 necess\u00e1rio adicionar \u00e1gua de tempos em tempos, cozinhe por aproximadamente 2 horas. O mesmo serve para panelas que v\u00e3o ao forno (cocote)<\/p>\n<p>8.
