{"id":1975,"date":"2021-04-18T13:17:05","date_gmt":"2021-04-18T16:17:05","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/foodbycamila.com\/?p=1975"},"modified":"2021-04-18T13:17:05","modified_gmt":"2021-04-18T16:17:05","slug":"stir-fry-de-frango-com-acelga","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/foodbycamila.com\/?p=1975","title":{"rendered":"Stir-Fry de Frango com Acelga"},"content":{"rendered":"<h3>Ingredientes<\/h3>\n<p>Prepare esta marinada e deixe o frango marinando por pelo menos 30 minutos.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>300g de peito de frango cortado em fatias como iscas<\/li>\n<li>1 col (sopa) de azeite de oliva<\/li>\n<li>2 col (sopa) de shoyu ou Tamari<\/li>\n<li>1 col (ch\u00e1) de \u00f3leo de gergelim<\/li>\n<li>2 dentes de alho amassados<\/li>\n<li>1 peda\u00e7o de gengibre ralado (cerca de 2cm)<\/li>\n<li>Pimenta do Reino<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Para adicionar ao refogado:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>1 acelga fatiada em fatias de aproximadamente 2cm<\/li>\n<li>Cebolinha fatiada e separada a parte branca (que ser\u00e1 usada no refogado) e a parte verde que ser\u00e1 usada no final<\/li>\n<li>Shoyu<\/li>\n<li>Sementes de gergelim (opcional)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Preparo<\/h3>\n<p>1.
