Para esta receita voc\u00ea precisar\u00e1 de uma panela que possa ir ao fogo e ao forno. Mas voc\u00ea tamb\u00e9m pode preparar o caramelo numa panela separada e fazer a montagem num refrat\u00e1rio redondo caso n\u00e3o tenha.<\/p>\n<p>Exemplos de panela ou refrat\u00e1rio (23-25cm de di\u00e2metro):<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/images-americanas.b2w.io\/produtos\/01\/00\/img\/1889364\/3\/1889364385_1GG.jpg\" alt=\"https:\/\/images-americanas.b2w.io\/produtos\/01\/00\/img\/1889364\/3\/1889364385_1GG.jpg\" width=\"562\" height=\"562\" \/><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"shrinkToFit aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/cdn.shopify.com\/s\/files\/1\/0053\/5402\/9126\/products\/vb0bbsfahyv.jpg?v=1615317373\" alt=\"https:\/\/cdn.shopify.com\/s\/files\/1\/0053\/5402\/9126\/products\/vb0bbsfahyv.jpg?v=1615317373\" width=\"431\" height=\"431\" \/><\/p>\n<h3>Ingredientes<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>300g massa folhada ou\u00a0 suficiente para fazer um c\u00edrculo do tamanho do recipiente escolhido<\/li>\n<li>5-6 ma\u00e7\u00e3s (Gala ou Fuji)<\/li>\n<li>100g a\u00e7\u00facar refinado<\/li>\n<li>85g manteiga gelada cortada em cubos<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 lim\u00e3o<\/li>\n<li><strong>Opicional<\/strong>: pitadas de canela ou gotas de extrato de baunilha<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Preparo<\/h3>\n<p>1. Prepare as ma\u00e7\u00e3s descascando-as, retirando o meio (parte das sementes) e corte em gomos, eu cortei em 6 pois minhas ma\u00e7\u00e3s eram grandes<\/p>\n<p>2. Pr\u00e9 aque\u00e7a o forno a 200C graus<\/p>\n<p>5. Prepare um caramelo n\u00e3o muito escuro com o a\u00e7\u00facar, <strong>n\u00e3o mexa com a colher e nem adicione \u00e1gua<\/strong>, use fogo m\u00e9dio para baixo e v\u00e1 &#8220;girando&#8221; a panela para espalhar o a\u00e7\u00facar.
