Coloque a \u00e1gua para esquentar e mantenha quente enquanto estiver preparando o risotto. Voc\u00ea pode tamb\u00e9m usar um caldo de vegetais pra dar mais sabor no seu risotto. Adicione o vinho e espere evaporar por (cerca de 2 minutos)<\/p>\n<p>6. Adicione \u00e1gua em pequena quantidade e mexa para que o arroz cozinhe de forma uniforme e em um certo ponto experimente uma pequena por\u00e7\u00e3o para saber se j\u00e1 est\u00e1 quase cozido<\/p>\n<p>8.
