Enquanto isso, quebre 4 ovos num recipiente e mexa ligeiramente com um garfo<br \/>\n6. Transfira a tortilla para um prato e volte para a frigideira do lado contr\u00e1rio ao que voc\u00ea j\u00e1 fritou, assim ficar\u00e1 frita dos dois lados. Muito cuidado ao transferir de volta para a frigideira pois o meio ainda est\u00e1 mole.
