{"id":1572,"date":"2020-06-18T10:24:41","date_gmt":"2020-06-18T13:24:41","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/food.camilalui.com\/?p=1572"},"modified":"2020-06-18T10:24:41","modified_gmt":"2020-06-18T13:24:41","slug":"bolo-de-cenoura-liquidificador","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/foodbycamila.com\/?p=1572","title":{"rendered":"Bolo de Cenoura (Liquidificador)"},"content":{"rendered":"<h3>Ingredientes<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>2 cenouras m\u00e9dias descascadas e picadas<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 x\u00edc (ch\u00e1) \u00f3leo vegetal de sua escolha (eu uso \u00f3leo de girassol)<\/li>\n<li>2 x\u00edc (ch\u00e1) a\u00e7\u00facar<\/li>\n<li>3 ovos<\/li>\n<li>2 1\/2 x\u00edcaras de farinha de trigo<\/li>\n<li>1\/3 x\u00edcara de leite<\/li>\n<li>1 col (sopa) fermento em p\u00f3 para bolo<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Cobertura<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>4 colheres de sopa bem cheias de achocolatado\/chocolate em p\u00f3<\/li>\n<li>1 colher de sopa de manteiga<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 x\u00edcara de ch\u00e1 de leite<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Prepare a calda somente ap\u00f3s o bolo j\u00e1 pronto<\/h3>\n<p>Leve em fogo m\u00e9dio mexendo at\u00e9 que forme uma calda cremosa, despeje imediatamente no bolo assim que retirar a calda do fogo.<\/p>\n<h3>Preparo<\/h3>\n<p>1. Pr\u00e9 aque\u00e7a o forno a 180C graus e prepare uma assadeira m\u00e9dia untada com manteiga e farinha (na minha foto fiz meia receita, por isso minha assadeira foi pequena)<br \/>\n2. No liquidificador adicione as cenouras, ovos, \u00f3leo, leite e a\u00e7\u00facar e bata at\u00e9 ter uma mistura homog\u00eanea.<br \/>\n3. Adicione a farinha e bata novamente por poucos minutos somente para incorporar.<br \/>\n4. Adicione ent\u00e3o o fermento e bata delicadamente por alguns segundos para incorporar.<br \/>\n5. Leve para assar por 30-35 minutos ou at\u00e9 que um palito saia limpo ao inserir no centro do bolo, normalmente quando come\u00e7a sentir o perfume do bolo pela casa \u00e9 hora de checar!<br \/>\n6.
