Existem maneiras diferentes de se fazer este prato, algumas pessoas incluem milho verde, ovos cozidos e outros poss\u00edveis ingredientes. Aqui compartilho a minha vers\u00e3o!<\/p>\n<h3>Ingredientes<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>250g Mix de peixe (peda\u00e7os de peixe branco, salm\u00e3o, frescos e defumados, camar\u00f5es ou outros frutos do mar que voc\u00ea tiver dispon\u00edvel)<\/li>\n<li>1kg de batatas asterix em forma de pur\u00ea<\/li>\n<li>1 alho por\u00f3 fatiado<\/li>\n<li>100g ervilhas<\/li>\n<li>25g farinha de trigo<\/li>\n<li>25g manteiga<\/li>\n<li>400ml leite<\/li>\n<li>Sal e Pimenta do Reino<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Preparo<\/h3>\n<p>1. Prepare o pur\u00ea de batatas e reserve.<br \/>\n2. Pr\u00e9 aque\u00e7a o forno a 200C graus.<br \/>\n3. Em uma panela m\u00e9dia, leve ao fogo a manteiga e a farinha, mexa com um batedor por alguns minutos e adicione o alho por\u00f3.
