{"id":1480,"date":"2020-05-24T17:38:44","date_gmt":"2020-05-24T20:38:44","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/food.camilalui.com\/?p=1480"},"modified":"2020-05-24T17:38:44","modified_gmt":"2020-05-24T20:38:44","slug":"peixe-assado-ao-sauce-vierge-molho-virgem","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/foodbycamila.com\/?p=1480","title":{"rendered":"Peixe Assado ao Sauce Vierge (Molho Virgem)"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>O sauce vierge \u00e9 um molho franc\u00eas a base de azeite de oliva e suco de lim\u00e3o, delicadamente aquecido e que combina muito com peixes e frutos do mar, mas tamb\u00e9m pode ser servido com outras carnes.<\/p>\n<h4>Ingredientes<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>2 fil\u00e9s de peixe (usei cerca de 200gr de Robalo)<\/li>\n<li>1 tomate sem pele e sem sementes picado<\/li>\n<li>1 shallot finamente picada (use 1\/4 cebola roxa se n\u00e3o tiver)<\/li>\n<li>1 pequeno punhado de mini alcaparras<\/li>\n<li>1 dente de alho cortado ao meio<\/li>\n<li>50ml azeite de oliva<\/li>\n<li>Suco de 1\/2 lim\u00e3o<\/li>\n<li>Manjeric\u00e3o e salsinha finamente picados<\/li>\n<li>Sal para temperar<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>Preparo<\/h4>\n<p>1. Em fogo baixo, leve ao fogo a shallot, o tomate, alcaparras, o alho e cozinhe por cerca de 3 minutos<br \/>\n3.
