Normalmente eu fa\u00e7o risotto de queijos ou coloco algum vegetal como alho por\u00f3 ou aspargos, at\u00e9 mesmo ervilhas.<br \/>\nO risotto em si j\u00e1 \u00e9 um prato bem rico pois tem o arroz, manteiga e queijo, ent\u00e3o eu prefiro n\u00e3o sobrecarregar demais o sabor com muitos ingredientes e desta forma consigo servir com uma carne.<\/p>\n<h3>Ingredientes<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>1 x\u00edc (ch\u00e1) arroz arb\u00f3rio, t\u00edpico para risotto<\/li>\n<li>1L de \u00e1gua quente<\/li>\n<li>1 cebola m\u00e9dia picada finamente<\/li>\n<li>2 col (sopa) manteiga<\/li>\n<li>100g queijo parmes\u00e3o ralado<\/li>\n<li>1 x\u00edc (caf\u00e9) vinho branco seco<\/li>\n<li>Sal<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Preparo<\/h3>\n<p>1. Coloque a \u00e1gua para esquentar e mantenha quente enquanto estiver preparando o risotto. Voc\u00ea pode tamb\u00e9m usar um caldo de vegetais pra dar mais sabor no seu risotto<br \/>\n2. Adicione \u00e1gua em pequena quantidade e mexa para que o arroz cozinhe de forma uniforme e em um certo ponto experimente uma pequena por\u00e7\u00e3o para saber se j\u00e1 est\u00e1 quase cozido<br \/>\n7. Quando estiver no ponto de quase cozido (&#8220;Al dente&#8221;), adicione o queijo ralado misturando bem. Acrescente a outra colher de manteiga e desligue o fogo. Sirva imediatamente<\/p>\n<h4>Dicas de sabores:<\/h4>\n<p><strong>Alho Por\u00f3<\/strong> &#8211; refogue o alho por\u00f3 fatiado junto com a cebola, n\u00e3o deixe dourar para n\u00e3o ficar com gosto amargo e proceda com os passos seguintes<br \/>\n<strong>A\u00e7afr\u00e3o<\/strong> &#8211; adicione 1-2 pistilhos de a\u00e7afr\u00e3o quando estiver refogando a cebola, combina bem com frutos do mar, servido com camar\u00e3o ou um peixe assado<br \/>\n<strong>Carne seca &#8211;<\/strong> Prepare a carne seca separadamente e acrescente j\u00e1 desfiada na hora que for refogar a cebola, proceda com os passos seguintes<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Esta receita \u00e9 a que sigo quando quero fazer um risotto b\u00e1sico, pois com esta base eu posso incluir o sabor do risotto que eu quero preparar.
