Aprendi a faz\u00ea-los depois que passei a morar na Irlanda, pois at\u00e9 ent\u00e3o n\u00e3o fazia id\u00e9ia de sua exist\u00eancia! Quando experimentei pela primeira vez me falaram que eu precisava usar manteiga em temperatura ambiente e gel\u00e9ia, sim juntos! E existem muitas hist\u00f3rias sobre qual voc\u00ea deveria espalhar primeiro no scone, a manteiga ou a gel\u00e9ia?<br \/>\nEsta receita vem de uma combina\u00e7\u00e3o das v\u00e1rias que j\u00e1 testei, mas foi a que achei mais simples, r\u00e1pida e que pode ser base para outros sabores como lim\u00e3o, frutas vermelhas e at\u00e9 mesmo salgado! Rende cerca de 4 scones m\u00e9dios ou 8 pequenos.<\/p>\n<h4><strong>Ingredientes<\/strong><\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>2 x\u00edc (ch\u00e1) farinha de trigo<\/li>\n<li>1 pitada de sal<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 col (ch\u00e1) bicarbonato de s\u00f3dio<\/li>\n<li>2 col (sopa) manteiga temperatura ambiente<\/li>\n<li>1 col (sopa) a\u00e7\u00facar<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 x\u00edc (ch\u00e1) leite<\/li>\n<li>1 ovo<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4><strong>Preparo<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>1. Misture o leite, ovo e a\u00e7\u00facar e reserve<br \/>\n2. Pr\u00e9 aque\u00e7a o forno a 200C graus<br \/>\n3.
