Thai Kitchen Products

In many of my Thai cookery recipes I use specific products; this is because these were the products recommended in the workshops I took. I have already tested products from different brands, but I didn’t get the same creamy result. So feel free to try local products — it might work, or the result might even turn out better!

Although it isn’t very cheap, curry paste lasts a long time, since you use around 1-2 tablespoons per recipe.

If you live in warmer places, keep the paste in the fridge once opened.
